Schafer's has always done an exceptional job. They did my weddng flowers. My husband has gotten me anniversary roses from there and I have also gotten flowers for berevement. They always do an excetional job. They are kind, friendly, and helpful when seeking ideas for arrangements. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a very positive experience with Schafer's Flowers Inc. They were very helpful on the phone. I live away from the area, but wanted to have flowers delivered to a friend in the hospital. The ordering process was friendly, easy and helpful. The flowers arrived fresh and bright colors per my request. I definitely recommend Schafer's Flowers Inc and will do business with them in the future.

Probably the best flower shop I've ever patronized. Always a great selection of fresh and colorful flowers. They've put together some amazing bouquets for me over the years. Even when I call or show up and make ridiculous requests. They never fail to satisfy. Great store, great people, great service, and great products.

I wanted to use a local florist. Schaefer’s flowers was suggested. I called there and spoke with their representative, and she assured me that they would provide a beautiful arrangement which is exactly what they did. I will continue to use them for deliveries made in the Kalamazoo area.

I had a very easy time ordering flowers for a special occasion over the phone. The florist was helpful and made excellent recommendations. Delivery went smoothly and my friend messaged me and said she was extremely happy with the arrangement. I will order from them again. High Five!

Great job, Schafers! I typically in the past have always shopped for my own flowers, made my own bouquet arrangements to give to my Mom for birthdays and holidays. Living across the country on the opposite side doesn't allow me to do so. Ive tried a commercial company and a local before which were both disappointing. Schafers blew it out of the park! Jaw dropping, stunning bouquet with great quality flowers and roses. Great presentation too. Not always the case and hard to know when ordering from so far away and not always having what you ordered received, this time I got exactly what I ordered!!

I ordered these a week early. When they were delivered, I was in the basement and didn't hear the door bell, but they left a voice message and a notice in the mailbox. Because it was cold, they didn't leave them out side...so I called them back. They brought the bouquet back out to the house the SAME day! Thank you for your GREAT customer service and the beautiful bouquet. The colors & arrangement are beautiful. My wife loved them!
